My name is Garry Slyfield. My account is, 83111-57401. My phone is 519-588-8795. I have had ongoing issues with the financial part the last year . I need some one in a position who can explain and take the proper measures to assist me on this matter. For over six months no invoices came. I made payments but unknown the amounts of payments, it was not enough. I received one bill indicating my late payments and I contacted JD immediately and dealt with the matter. My rating was down graded unfairly over this and then ALL purchases had to be approved on the phone regardless of amount. And last week, the Simcoe JD tried to charge a $49.58 to my agline account and it was denied. This is humiliating as I have dealt there about twenty years. I can state that someone is deliberately causing issues with this account and it is not us. We want to know why and how to correct this matter to our satisfaction. I have tried to make it JD's satisfaction and we can see first hand how this is working out. From not sending monthly bills to down grading our rating, to having to have every purchase qualified and now denying all purchases. We are insisting a call explaining what can be done and the reasons why JD chose to close the account and or deny purchases. No letters outlining this has been received from JD. We do not know where this email will go or to whom, however we trust we will receive a call from a qualified person and not a call person on a level one who has no authority to make decisions and changes if needed. I have contacted Sandra Spencer a couple of times but it seems although I am able to speak to Sandra Spencer, she can do only so much. I tried to reach Sandra last Friday but am unsure now that Sandra will be able to assist me in my needs to deal with this matter properly.
