ReplyDeleteMe,not being a resident of Nassau County I was under the impression that turns on red lights are permitted. I did not see the notice that there were no turns on red at that intersection. I turned right into the right lane after I passed the posted sign..

ReplyDeleteRockVille Center, peninsula Blvd and lake view avenue, there is a sign that says stop here on red. I have counted in my head not to 3, not to 5, but 10. I still got the ticket. The light is fixed. It’s the government trying to collect money— aka keep the poor dying and the rich even richer. That light is fixed and it’s full of shit. Also don’t ever drive through new Hyde park. That town has money for a reason. They flash on YELLOW. Like it’s ridiculous how the government runs certain operations like traffic cameras like these. Like do y’all really care about safety or do you just want to peg someone with a $50 ticket and then a $100 fuck you fee on top of that. This is so sad.
