KP.org/registernow is the page for Kaiser Permanente member to register on kp.org. No matter what you want to view your health records, make or change appointments, e-mail your doctor's office and more, it is easy for you to complete the process when sign on your online account.
To register the account with Kaiser Permanente at kp.org/register, you will need to provide your member information: First name, last name, Health/Medical Record number, area, and email address. This process is simple and it hardly takes 3-5 minutes. In order to be safe, you also can complete the process by mail.
